Refunds & Exchanges
All of our items are custom made for you so we cannot accept returns. If
you are not happy with your purchase please let us know within 7 days
of receiving your order. We are always willing to work something out to
Damaged or Defective Items
In the event an item is damaged upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us by phone at 214.730.0722, or by email at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt. Items will be inspected and a determination made as to the cause of defect. In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Once an order is placed we begin processing the request very quickly; however, it is possible to cancel an order during the Processing period. Please note, once the order moves into the Shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
